Rain in Houston

What the hell is going on down in Houston? Are you guys getting flooded down there. I just saw a report that said there were tornadoes and people have died.

I drove from McKinney to Beaumont this morning...WORST drive of my life! Torrential downpours the entire drive. It took me close to 7 hours while I normally make it in about 4.5.

My yard needs it though!

Flooding wasnt too bad on the northwest side, thankfully. Hopefully we've seen the end of it as the bayous are nearing capacity.

Remind me to kick you in the back of the head next time I see you. I hope you drink something bad and stayed glued to the toilet until your legs are numb. I hate you. I hate you. I hate you.

Lunch next week?

Who put a quarter in you? Shouldn't you be at a Brooklyn Bounce show in Sri Lanka or something? If not, will you?

Yea UH/Main closed until 12pm yesterday and UH/Downtown closed all day because of flooding. And yea there was a death (if any of you are familiar with the freeways around UH/Main) involving a mother and a daughter. Apparently under one of the bridges (going west) that underpasses a railroad about 1/8 of a mile from the campus, there was a pool of water where a mother and daughter got stuck. It sounds kinda weird to me that in that area someone would die in that fashion, but I really odnt know the whole ordeal behind that. When I passed this morning it looked to me like the family was under the bridge and flowers were being tossed.

I dont think the galleria got hit as much as main-houston did. But if any, the water has resitated now.

receded?

resitate-verb= to mean receded

from the latin word 'resitata' meaning 'I am an idiot'

Ok Why the fuck did I say recitated? lol

Sorry guys it's been a looooong week. 3 exams thus far: Calculus 3, Physics 2, and the other was actually a midterm which was a 15 page typed analysis for my honors writing class. Plus I'm having car problems, problems at home and got a ticket yesterday for speeding down the loop from school. Now I'm starting to feel like I'm beginning to get the flu...body aches from hell.
