I think my coworker is a pedophile

He just started working here, like he touches me.. I tell him to stop but he still does. It's not like a pat on the back but I can tell it's sexual... for him. *ahem* He also made a point to refer to me as a handsome man, I was just like, "umm.. ok" *creeps away slowly* His mannerism just fits what I'd consider pedophile like traits. Of course, I'm no pedophile expect but he just creeps me out. How do I get him fired?

Does he have a receding hairline and post on this forum?

Posted by Ian on Oct-18-2006 19:28:

Well, he doesn't act gay... I know how gay people act and how they hit on me as I've been hit on by gay people before. But this guy is just freaky, and not in a good way.

Is he a senator? If so, watch out.

Maybe he wants to cut off your penis and eat it together with you.

don't get into a confined space with him?

Posted by RandomGirl on Oct-18-2006 19:41:

You should go to a manager and explain that you would like to have a meeting with both yourself and him present. In the meeting, explain to him how you have been feeling uncomfortable, and how you would appreciate it if he would stop "coming on to you".

At least this way, you have a witness, and a safety net that you have firmly taken action to have him halt this behaviour.

If he continues, approach your manager and inform them.

If you are really being sexually harassed or assaulted, this could quickly elevate, and could go from getting him fired, to having to go to court.

So make sure that you aren't just being a wimpy homophobe.

Good luck.

good advice right there!

Tight holes aren't comfortable unless properly prepared for breaking and entering activities

No, I wrote it myself because I had to deal with a similar problem at my last job, and I was giving you a serious answer.

This is so obscure and random,

What's worse is I know *exactly* what you're referring to.
