How many songs do you have on your comp?

Hey guys, I was just wondering how many songs you have on your comp?
I have a little over 1500.

About 600 tracks and 800 sets.

Posted by EXTREMUM on Oct-19-2006 00:42:

6800+...a blend of CD and vinyl rips, and a handful of sets.

Barosoap and I have 4000, many of which are sets (150 Essential Mixes alone). The other part of that number are all imported tracks from CD (but not all CDs have been imported)

keep in mind you are asking people who listen to complete sets so obviously a lot of us will have a ton of music in regards to space...many of the tracks repeat obviously

Having that much music on your mac/pc is pointless. I have about 200-250 gigs worth of sets on data cds though. Prob will never listen to 1/4 of them again....

Posted by DeRangedMind on Oct-19-2006 10:12:

I have atleast 400 singles tracks which some came off the vinyls and then I have 20 albums and 5000 sets which add up 130gigs

Posted by kadomony on Oct-19-2006 12:13:

around 3,400 singles

Posted by ArminD1981 on Oct-19-2006 13:47:

450 Singles , all of them downloaded from audiojelly and Id tunes...
1 download 1.25 Euros (outrageous)

I'm guessing most people on here are talking about externals.

Posted by EarnYourKeep on Oct-19-2006 15:53:

I don't format all that often, too much effort to reload everything back to the way i like it. that's just me.

OS, Application, Gaming - 2xSATA Seagate 80GB Striped
Data - 200GB WD IDE

Posted by danlaxx1 on Oct-19-2006 16:09:

I should invest in one of those external thingys. Around how much do they cost?
And why do some of you format so often? What are the benefits?
