[REVIEW] Ferry Corsten @ Avalon-Boston 10/20/06

Awesome night! Ferry rocked the crowd with a nice set, warm vibes and signed absolutely everything after (even took a pic with me!! post the pics later)

The big complaint was the sound was WAY loud again.. gonna be hearing the ringing for a couple of days atleast I forgot to bring earplugs

Good to see Andrea, and I did see Snagglepulse getting his CDs signed very happily! Congrats with that!

It's Boston.. shit closes at 2.. he started early at about 11:35... Normally its only 2 hours

I don't know why the sound has been too lound w. ferry... Avalon's sound system is very powerful ,and most of the time, its very well tuned. However, for ferry, Carl Cox last year, and one or two other events, the sound is up waaaaaaay to much. Anyone know if this is sound guys falt, or are the DJ's just blasting it?? I think the amps are set at 11.....

It was a good night. Ferry's set was okay but I liked it better last time he was here. And the sound wasn't that loud compared to his visit in March. Hopefully he'll be back next spring
