Heh, it depends on what kind of house you crossover to. If it's electro/swedish house mafia-type stuff, then it will get old as fast as trance will. No offense, iammesol, it is just my opinion.

But, if you start listening to progressive house, then you definitely will not be able to enjoy trance as much as you used to. Because when I started listening to Schulz's GDJB on weekly basis, even though he is definitely not a 100% progressive house DJ, and even though it wasn't a big step away from ASOT, TATW and likes of them, I still started finding uplifting trance more and more unlistenable as time passed by.

I appreciate the gesture, but any negative criticism towards the mafia offends me none. You don't have to worry.

You can't go wrong with Olav Basoski.

You just can't!

Olav amazes me. His sets are just nonstop energy

not to mention his production work

if those 2 are examples of 'good' house music, you'll excuse those of us who don't feel the need to follow whatever's cool or the trance > house progression so many people seem to go through. Thankfully there are some people who can just appreciate both styles (and more)

Just cause YOU don't like them it doesn't mean it's not good house music...
