that kind of crowd comes wiht a snobby attitude tho so its a trade off... and besides by the end of the night everyone looks like shit anyway

only if its a club that has strict dresscode. places where guys have to wear collared shirts usually means the place is full of snobs.

i prefer venues that are more casual but stylish (style code). thats where you will find better dressed individuals that are friendly.

Don't go to the guvernment then. There are plenty of venues that cater to exactly that kind of 'sexy stylish' crowd. IMO, I love the fact that there are places that don't. Who says you have to be dressed in prime to have a good time and feel good.
