Need Help to ID this Song!

I heard this song and it had lyrics that sounded like a girls voice in chipmunckish forum

some of the lyrics she said were

"when i was a young girl"

and

America, it was so magical, wonderful, beautiful"

im not 100 percent sure on the lyrics but yes please help im obsessing over this lol
