Sushi got a (kinda) new watch!

Yes, my day has been so damn exciting that I'm posting about my (kinda) new watch.

I say kinda new because I got it second hand, but it's in perfect condition, and I got it for a steal (and frankly, from a pawn shop it's probably stolen anyway).

But I really like it.

What kind of watches are you guys sporting?

It can blow shit up as well...

But really I don't have one I've wanted one for 2 years now...

I like the stylish metallic ones... mmmm...

Had a gold one... not for me... feels too try hard...

I like sleek!

Good-day!

i drew one on my arm but it's not waterproof I have a kahuna one somewhere, it's one with a velcro strap, i'm more a person who'd wear one like that when riding than a fancy one which would break if i ever crashed into a tree

I recommend checking the pawn shops out. Downtown or otherwise. I got mine at a quarter of the price it would have cost at a jeweler, and I had a guy in the city check it out. He gave me the face when I told him what I paid.

Heheh cheers.. mine's a bit more scratched up now tho. Yeah the minute dial is marked in two minute increments, there's lines in between tho which serve as the odd minute numbers.

Not worth anywhere near as much as yours tho... hmm i'll have to start paying more attention to the pawn shops

Dkny make pretty fashionable watches and shit but the quality just isn't there ( especially the glass like you mentionned yours is all scratched up ).

Yeah, that looks fucking sweet. I'm always a bit up in the air when considering metal band vs. leather though. Metal rips your arm hairs out, but leather starts to smell after a bit.

Not that I'm a watch sniffer

yea its pretty nice, it's not leather, its a neoprene material which is rather nice. if you are looking for some damn nice technical watches i suggest looking up Chase Durer, they make some top notch aviation watches.

My collection consist of
Movado, Seiko, Casio, Nike, ESQ, Diesel, Armani, and this technomarine

Yeah, I had a Seiko before my last watch. My last one was a Citizen 'Eco Drive,' which is just fancy branding for solar powered. A good watch, but it sucks in the winter when you're wearing long sleeves - No light for the watch. Pissed me off having to leave it in the sun for a few hours to charge it, especially if I wanna go somewhere
