Hi all. I have no idea what this tune is and my copy is incomplete. Any ideas what it is?

This was the original file name:

However I need to know who it's by so I can find/buy the full version.

a program/database called

musicbrainz picard

named it but it was incorrect. but for you lot i would recommend you check out that program/database, its pretty good for naming unknown tunes, though probably better for mainstream stuff rather than club tunes i would imagine.

anyway, any ideas on my track?

After a lot of hard work i have found the name and bought the tune !!

Still couldnt find it for download anywhere but found a guy with it on vinyl, via the discogs.com website.
