A trivial exercise, simply refrain from parsing the words with your eyes as you would if you were reading. The difference this creates in your perception should be more than sufficient to make this task easy.

I beleive this experiment shows the Stroop effect.

Due to reading becoming a automatic process in the brain, you encounter '�nterference' when trying to say the colour instead of the word.

Haven't thought about it since first year Psych
