ok its not that serious! this is a commercial that plays on the tvguide channel (ch. 5) all the time. i think its hilarious he says "you'e honest and u wanna pay ur bills but u can't". lol. he makes u feel good by saying ur honest and boom, u cant pay ur bills. haha.
