I actually like driving in crazy ass weather, thats just me though lol.

I can't wait to go Skiing and Snowboading. I haven't been Skiing in forever, probably suck at first haha. I would like to try Snowboarding, but it doesn't matter too much. Night Skiing is awesome!

I want to rent a snowmobile somewhere too and try that.
As long as you put the proper clothing on, your warm and can have lots of fun

Full one piece snowsuit super insulated, with hood lol. With 2 pairs of gloves, one set wool gloves (inside glove), one leather with fleech on the inside (outter glove). Thick wool socks, good boots, plus electric socks if its really cold out haha. Touqe, and your all set to go.

ya, snowmobiling is so much fun. went a last year on my uncle's farm. maxxed it out at like 160km/h or so. the deep powder is the best.
snowball fights. (can't forget those).
the best winter days are the ones where its warm and sunny outside but so much snow everywhere.

Can't wait for snowboarding.

Anyone know of a place where snowmobiles can be rented, at a reasonable price?

Me too with the driving haha.

You gotta try night snowboarding, it's unbelievable!

I can't wait to hit the slopes again this winter.

I dunno jack about skiing/snowboarding but I really want to learn especially cos I have noticed that all those who knows these winter sports usually have no problems with the winter...

So is there like a big learning curve to it or is it easy to pick up??? And are there any ski resorts or anything around the Niagara/Buffalo area???

Slopes in Central./Southern Ontario are all learning slopes. There is no rea skiing in Ontario as the hills are very small. Since you're in Rochester, it's worth the little extra time to go to Jay Peak in Vermont, or Stowe.

I actually really enjoy winter. I love the snow especially around Christmas time, but who doesn't. I was so excited when it started to snowing like crazy here last Friday. Having a three and a half year old daughter makes winter a lot of fun I get to make snowmen and big snow forts and roll in the snow without looking like a complete n00b, cause I'm with my daughter. I also like to go to Ottawa and skate on the canal, and just wonder around downtown.

Bring on winter!

ME TOO!

Some other things that I look forward to are: skating on the canal, skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing.

I want to try winter camping this year.

the only thing I look forward to this winter is wearing my new cozy winter jacket and possibly hitting the slopes to snowboard a couple of times! that's it, that's all! Other then those two things who the fuk looks forwards to the blizzards, the winds, the snow storms and the ice, the car accidents... anyways my only suggestion is to get winter tires!

i LOVE crazy winter driving, except on the highway where people come to a crawl or you get tormented by 18 wheelers.
donuts in the snow, drifting, zipping around.. good times... good times.
and of course.... snow pornstars/snowmen
