Last November, an Argentine prosecutor said a member of Hezbollah was behind the attack and had been identified in a joint operation by Argentine intelligence and the FBI. How do you see a parallel between a premeditated act of violence by a Government and an incident, which to a large extent, seems to have been dependent on the psyche of stressed out men on a battleship under battle conditions and under the command of an over zealous officer ?

And, do you expect a country to own up for its mistakes against an enemy with whom it is engaged in a conflict ?

The medal was awarded in 1988. And the article says the two countries were engaged in an outright military conflict at that time.
