Yo addicts!
Anybody been to Rosenmontags in Oberhausen Germany?
I just downloaded the sets of Ferry Corsten, Blank & Jones, Mauro Picotto and Cosmic Gate and they're great.
Can anybody tell me more about Blank & Jones, I know they're German and they produced f.e. The Nightfly.

They are Piet Blank and Jaspa Jones and have made
DJ Culture
La Luna
Mindcrasher
Cream
and a lot more, go to the links section, I think they are there and check their website out.

Piet Blank & Jaspa Jones (Rene Runge) were born in Germany
their studio is: Spacedust Studio in Dusseldorf, Germany

they've released 2 full albums:
In Da Mix and DJ Culture
With about six singles.

they're latest single (Deejays, Fans & Freaks), has been released as a promo a few weeks ago, and the single is to be out later this month.

the new single of Blank/Jones sucks. When I heard it the first time I was like "WTF, this is never Blank/Jones". Their style was better before this single...The two full albums were great!!!

They have two album out, "In Da Mix" and "DJ Culture". Here's a list of the singles and remixes I can remember they did:

"Sunrise" (1997)
"Heartbeat" (1998)
"Flying To The Moon" (1998)
"Cream" (1999)
"After Love" (1999)
"DJ Culture" (2000)
"The Nightfly" (2000)
"Beyond Time" (2000)

Remixes, I only know a few but here's the ones I know:

Humate "Love Stimulation"
Sash! "La Primavera"
Liquid Love "Sweet Harmony"
Mauro Picotto "Iguana"

That's the only one's I know but I read that they did remixes for Future Breeze and Dario G, though I haven't heard any of them!

agreed...it sounds soo shitty and looks to be headed for the commercial route. very dissapointed by it.

as for the title of this thread..."who are blank & jones?" wow, i never thought i'd here something like that on TA.
