Perfect Haloween Intro (Judge Jules). What is it?!?

Judne Jules opened with this track last night at Monster Massive in Los Angeles, in between Armin and Paul Van Dyk's performances.

It has the perfect Halloween spooky feel to it. It sounds like something Mark Norman would make, but I looked through alot of his songs and this wasnt one of them.

If you have an idea what it is please let me know.
