Im not sure how its done

the layout of my tracks are like this

Anyone kow what the error would be here? it says error on line 11

Maybe the program is being a bitch about you going over 60 in the fractions of a second? I remember there was one cue I had that had the same problem. All I did was put the fractions of a second below 60 and it worked fine for me. Don't ask me why though.

You can't go over 75 frames, so make that 74.
