W32 Tibick Virus

I've had this peer-to-peer virus for ages now and still haven't been able to remove it. I can't seem to find any anti-spyware/virus software that will remove it for me without having to pay for the privilige Can anyone help out here?

hmmmm...google is hard to use. Why don't you just use the online virus scanner! its free!
