Does this game exist for a windows 98 OS yet?
If so where can I download the entire game?
And how big is the file?

no it does not exist. there are no plans of a release on PC. lets just cross our fingers that squaresoft will release this for PC someday.

all i've heard is there is a ps2 emulator for the MAC OS X platform due to it's architecture and whatnot. but i haven't heard anything for the pc unforunately.
