Yes U R - whose song is this??

I've heard a song claiming to be

Bob Sinclar - Yes U R (Mylo Remix) on the radio and listed in some mixes as this, even the DJ who played it on the radio names the track, yet i can't find it anywhere on discogs or beatport or anything like that... when looking to find out if this is infact real, i found the song labeled Favretto & Naan - Yes U R (Favretto B Side), but again, cannot find this on discogs or beatport...

Does anyone know where this song has come from??
