In search of a song!!!!

I'm looking for a psychedelic trancey song that I have been trying to find for over a week! It's crazy, and the only thing I remember about it is that it in the beginning has this line (with voice warping):

People laugh at you, people hate you, but why do they hate you? Because ...they-are-jealous!

I thought it was Infected Mushroom, but it's not! I would really appreciate it if someone could give me the name of this song!!
