It's from the second season of Extras a tv show where the main character finally makes his big break when he is able to start producing his own tv show.

I liked the first season but the second is even better!
in the second season they feature some top notch stars like the the lead from Harry Potter, the white wizard from Lord of the Rings etc Robert de Niro etc and they all have them acting in completely insane ways ( well deNiro was the calmest one of them all I should say ).
