Dj Balloon track, maybe something else

Im only 30% sure this track came from Dj Networx Vol. 8 Cd 1. Going back a few years in my head I researched a few names that look familar, Dj Balloon and Ballanation. Im almost positive its Dj Balloon. The track promptly starts off with a quick rumbling drum beat, possibly 2 - 3 drum beats at the same time. After that the track becomes very psychedelic with a high pitch "bleep" that sets the tone. Whats the title of this song? thanks!
