hmm there are so many to name... but,

Markus Schulz - Without You Near (Gabriel & Dresden Mix)

has to be one of my favs.

Without any doubt. I hate EDM comprising male vocals, but this tune is a masterpiece.

depends on the genre of electronica.

Male vocals are really good in deep house, downtempo and techno.
