Love Poundin' Sensation [Atmospheric Uplifting Techy/Clicky] Allied Nations - End of Act II

It's not really tech house, techno, house, minimal, it's almost what some people would describe as IDM or something... Very spacey, beautiful, groovin... Just unf!

Very beautiful pads and sounds... groovin atmosphere... but still has a solid beat.

Would LOVE some feedback.

I am REALLY happy with how this is coming out.

Awesome stuff AN!

Very creative, amazing atmosphere, guitar and percussion and groove is splendid on this one. The minimalism is perfect and those distorted hats are awesome.

Gets my thumbs up

Keep it up

Seb

There's a guitar? Hahah!

Thanks a lot Linkmage and Jupiterone!

I am still working with the kick... I can't do anything to this project until I get my cpu repaired

It sounds like a distorted guitar but then again I did do the review at 2am so my hearing might have been distorted itself

It's actually got kind of a Moby sound to it - not the cheesy car-commercial stuff on Play but the more low-key stuff on Ambient. I think it's pretty nice; very relaxing atmosphere, smooth groove and overall well done!

nice tune...not something i would typically like, but i enjoyed it none the less. interisting arrangements of pads. i also hear a guitar-ish sound...

Thanks, it really grew into something... I became extremely comfortable with ableton when doing this problem and the only thing stopping it from completion is my broken computer...

How was the sound?

I agree, the track's style sounds kinda like that low key moby style productions. I don't really listen to this kind of EDM anymore, nevertheless it was o.k.

Not bad mate. I'm not a fan of the grinding synth that comes in at 1:35 but the rest is nice.

I can totally see how someone might not get into that, I suppose I was trying to 'grit it up'... get some nasty in there too... i like that sortof music, nasty, but atmospheric. a nice balance.

Thanks a lot for the review as well Skez.

It can be good but you have to find the right balance. If you cut it up a bit instead of have it play through most of the track, it might be more effective

very cool track man. nice weird atmosphere u made.

SOme nice sounds, very laid back and chilled out, the bassline is nice too. Perhaps you could add more sounds too it, sub melodies, just to keep it interesting. But it's still nice as it is.
Though reading your first post, I find it's always nice to let others tell you the superlatives of the song...
