Question New Years Eve

So its around the corner. What are your big plans for the new year? What would you like to do (realistically)?

For me a perfect night includes, having a quiet intimate dinner with my lady, watching a movie, jumping into the hot tub with a bottle of wine smoking a joint. then fall asleep

Last year we went up north to Muskoka and stayed at a lodge/spa for 2 nights...this year we're kind of going the opposite route and going to NYC for 3 nights.

Not sure what kind of events are happening there yet but we'll probably be out clubbing all three nights we are there.

Find someone who will love you then you will realize how great a night like this really is.

People like this are the ones who complain on January 1 how overpriced and overcrowded the party they went to was, but then do it all over again 364 days later.

I spent a NYE once up in Vermont at a lodge. My gf and I at the time were the only ones there along with a cute gay couple - they got the living room and watched "Gone With the Wind" and we got the hot tub in the basement with champagne.

We spent the long weekend snoeshowing, cooking too much food, and well, yeah. When you're really in love, this kind of NYE can be the best.

When you're single and want to dance your pachenga off, nothing better than good tunes and good friends around.

If im going to spend it with a bunch of ppl I'd prefer them to be clean and not to smell like yonge & bloor, finch, kennedy, islington & eglington subway station washrooms

If I was in Toronto, I'd definately be going to CZ NYD! But I'll probably just throw a party somewhere after going out for a good night of dancing and boozing.

if destiny brings somebody good... hint hint DUMONDE :P
then ill prolly stay in Toronto, if not then CABIN

Posted by Skipper on Nov-14-2006 19:49:

If I were here, I'd probably check it out too to be honest. Just out of curiosity.

I know someone that went for 24 hours last year. Went home twice to shower/chill/eat but pretty much 24 straight hours. Guy is H A R D C O R E.

Docks, most likely, depending who Destiny brings in.

Lawler @ Tribe in Montreal is another option.

NYE: SONIC (Timo/Miller)
NYD: SONIC (For a tasty 'Duo')

I went to an event, and ended up missing a really good party that some really old friends threw. I have been kicking myself all year.
