Hmmm....Let me think for you...Is not true that when the DJ Mag top 100 poll comes out dont ALL the top DJ's of the world ask people to vote for them,via emails/websites/myspace/message boards? Step outside your little box & see the BIG world out there. Its good you voted for someone else because obviously you have NO love for local DJ's .

Who the hell are you to tell someone what the should do in life...? Don't think he'd take advice from a person who can't even spell "VOTE". Anyhow the fact of the matter is all DJs no matter how long have to push their names, even DJs that have been around as long as TAJ. Not everyone who is a fan of TAJ or any other DJ for that matter is aware of the whole voting system and if they were to have that egotistical attitude as you do would not even make it one year DJing.
We are really sick of people coming on here who think they know everything!!!!!!! Come back and say something when you have successfully been DJing 15 years and don't need any self promotion around voting time...

voted yesterday for taj and a few others but i didnt see john beaver on that list

We dj with our strong passion into it. Without it, we could have quit for the very first year of frustration to learn how to match the beats on the tables. And there are many more things we have to deal with..that I don�t want to list them down..

We try hard to put our passion into it to make everyone happy. If you are not happy then we are not happy at all. We need your votes for our hard-work to keep the dance scene alive.

I'm glad you pointed this out. John Beaver is one heck of a DJ and he deserves to be on that list. There are also several local EDM DJ's that were left out like Shawn Yapa, James Williams and others.

These DJs can be added to the list if NiteVibe can get atleast 100 email petitions. Email you petitions to: [email protected]. I've emailed my petitions and will cast my vote next month after I see a revised list.

Btw,to all the haters that don't live in the Bay Area and never seen any of the local DJ's that we have, please take your sh*t somewhere else.

Let's keep building the local SF EDM scene and show our local DJs some LOVE. Please don't forget to vote!

For anyone who doesn�t know, or haven�t been around as long as I have, simply stated Taj rocks.

Growin up, when I wasn�t raving, I was at 1015. I would either see him, or Gianni. But always liked Taj�s tracks simply because of the smooth transitions and the way he spun records. Taj has been one of the few local Dj�s I have learned a lot from, and has been an inspiration for us all who are tryin to make it out there, including myself.

I haven�t heard F-16... or local Djs play it. The only other worldy Dj I heard play it was Ferry. Funny, how I heard it first 3 weeks earlier before Ferry played it, from TAJ.

Local Djs rule. Without local Djs, we wouldn�t have Skills, Spundae.. Or 1015. SF would still be a flower city with hippies lookin for a fix. Nothin wrong with that actually. Just SF would suck without EDM.

Im glad to be part of the gene pool, im sure Ill make it on that list next year or something, for now though.. Ill vote for my favorites. = )

VOTE FOR TAJ, JAMES WILLIAMS, DYLOOT, ISHMAEL RODRIGUEZ, & CYBER JOE. Some of the hardest workin Djs I kno.

I'm not here to 'hate', I just find it amusing at how bent out of shape everyone's getting at Gavin (ATL). Who really cares, he's not from SF anyways as many of you noticed.
