A work mate of mine just bought me bag 2 50 gram satchets of Kava from Fiji. Ive never had the stuff before, but ive heard plenty of interesting stories, anyone know how to properly mix it or how to consume it properly without being sent to hospital?

its a bit overrated tbh.

we have the kava hut here in adelaide, u drink it outta coconut shells and it tastes like muddy water pretty much.

it just amplifies the effects of alcohol / makes u a bit more chatty etc.
