how can i train from bed. had to buy books to read...fuckin worst time ever to get injured. its not bad just a sprained ankle but still....le sigh

In order to make my leg stronger when I did this:

I would punch myself in the ankle as a warm-up, 20-30 times. Indiana Jones type, exploding watermelon punches. Then I would go out and kick 100 dogs with the bad ankle and then have the UPS man run it over. I did that twice a day for two weeks. Ankle came back stronger than ever.
