Friction Moving From Passion
Friction moving from Passion, late starting hours and passion regular crowd amongst the main reasons. What other clubs would be a good fit for an exclusive House and Trance party that went till dawn in Broward / Palm Beach???

I do not believe they allow afterhours anywhere up there other than the Hard Rock venues. I could be wrong though. If not, Downtown Miami will be your only other option.
In the 2nd half of 2004, Edgar V used to play at this really nice club called Release in downtown West Palm Beach. $10 cover, like 2 or 3 rooms and a very decent sound system. I don't know if the club is there anymore, but if you're gonna do something up there, you'll need a LOT of promoting. They did a shit job of promoting Edgar and his last gig up there had a very shitty turnout.
Resort- West palm beach..
George Acosta played there awhile ago
I live in PB and those places you mentioned sucked.Dont do anything in West Palm the people that are here are retards. They have no idea what music or djs mean unless you are JZ or Will Smith. Also we dont have any after hours because we have an early closing time. But in the event that you do deside to have a party here i will go,just one word of advice.Bring your gold chais and FUBU gear so that you fit in.

We are looking into Gryphon / Hard Rock for afterhours or Voodoo for regular Saturday night(amongst other venues), sticking to the monthly theme. Either club would be a good fit....We shall wait and see....We have Alex Gold (Privilege Ibiza / Xtravaganza) on DEC 16th, just need to move to a venue that already plays house & trance to give the night the support it needs. Passion is a cool club, but WAY to big and crowd is mostly hip hop. fcuk hip hop !

Revolution sounds cool. I was thinking Sonar in Hollywood. Its a very small venue, but it had the greatest vibe. I think its closed now though. Other then those clubs mentioend @ the Hard Rock, I dont know any other club in Broward that could be any success. I think a smaller venue, and earlier hours would really help it. Something like Blue but a bit bigger.
Revolution would be cool, but also a big space (love the patio). The club has to be able to accomodate 600, but in a way if only 300 show it still looks good. Very hard promoting parties these days, no real outlets. Back in the 90's we had many events to flyer etc, now there are only a handful.......And that will not do it when investing big $$$! Bang lost their @ss and look what they did for that?

) , Edgar V, Markus Schulz, Ferry Corsten and Armin (sometimes) at Space. Then you have Tisto at Mansion as well.
House dominates Miami but we do have some great trance parties occassionally.

Definitely more house these days. And I am one of those people. Voodoo Lounge in FT. Lauderdale is the primary spot if you want to do dance music monthly. Most other spots around here are hip hop based and I doubt that you will recieve a warm welcome. Griffin at the Hard Rock, but I haven't heard of a strong turnout there for much. Miami is your next option.

PVD, Teisto & co.were trance pioneers and championed the sound across the globe for many years....Wowever a lot of the trance DJ's are now starting to modify their sound now, as the trance era is losing its fan base. They are playing more electro house etc in their sets and slowing it down. House music has been the one genre that has constantly be in demand across the globe; constantly through the years.
