I'm surprised that only the Volvo XC90 is on there. I would expect to see the S40, S60, S80, V50, and V70 as well. That's what Volvo is all about.

We know that Volvo used to be like this, totall ahead of the class, but is it still true? Car safety has increased greatly in the 90's, and most makers now build 'safe' cars. I think Volvo has lost a lot of ground in this area.

Did they consider any domestics? If they did, and not a single one made the list

The M-Class is built in Alabama, the Acura MDX/Honda Pilot - built in Allsiton ON and the Honda CRV is built in Ohio .

But your point is still valid, there's no Big3 shit on there at all, which isn't really that surprising.

North American workers can built good cars, the problem comes from the corporate cut-corners mentality that has plagued the Big3 for too long. They're having a bitch of a time changing the mentality on the shop floor too, but some of the fault there lies with the UAW.
