That is Track No. 8 from Pt. 1 The one we are looking for is from Pt. 2. Seems like it's not titled anywhere I can get my hands on. It's just before the Solid Globe remix of Blue Fear.

Hmmm. doesn't seem to be Halifax. Or at least it's some mind-boggingly rare remix... But it's still too good to not be ever release or titled
