House track from way back

bit of a random one but been after this track for ages & no idea where to start as I can only remember a bit of it

Garage / house song
& it was from the early days (95ish) of Sunny side up when it started in Brighton b4 it moved to London

Light beat often mixed in with stronger tracks
female vocals -

In the morning / In the evening
