Group work...
...fucking sucks, when you're stuck with a bunch of fools. Worst part is, is that I still gotta do all this shit or risk getting 0.

Those are the same people whose asses you will kick later on in the job market, so don't sweat it.

Write a 1 year marketing plan on a service business of my choice (in this case, its the company i work for).
I did ALL of phase 1 by myself, and the rest of the group said that they'll do phase 2, so i'm like "sweet! chillin time!!"...then they send me their parts on sunday and i nearly flew outta my chair.
if i was the prof and had to mark what they gave me, i'd give them -100/10000
Become a member of the management team. It's great.
Influence them to be corrupt, and raise them on your own principles.

I'm kind of letting two of the kids in one of my classes do the majority of the work for me in a group project right now - Fuck, I figure this is probably the last one I'll ever do, and to this point I've pretty much done all of every single "group project" I've ever been a part of. It's my turn to let someone do the work for me.
And no group evaluations at the end = Booyah.
That's what I love about the nursing program. When people fuck around when they're supposed to be contributing to group work, they get fucked right back. There's NO mercy whatsoever, lol. But it's totally fair...nursing is a team-oriented profession, if these bitches can't handle that, then they'll fall to the bottom where they belong.
The great thing is, we don't have to do another person's share of the work if they haven't done it. Every group project is peer reviewed, and marks are delegated accordingly.

been there done that ....
group work project where everyone was graded individually.... I did all the work and always got the worst grade of the group
