Yonge Street Arcade (same building as the passport office - the one between Richmond and Adelaide just East of Yonge).

I went to the PASSPORT picture place across from the cop shop at dundas and university, I got 4 for 14$dollars. Ithink it was 280 dundas... or something like that, just west of university on dundas in the same plaza as the SUBWAY (sub sandwich shop) just 2 doors down. Umm also at Charles and Yonge Street PHOTO ! 123 17 dollars, which is about the same a if you take the subway to the other location! cheers!
