Turistas, Go Home eats monster ass
saw this yesterday. Its basically a re-worked Hostel script set in Brazil. Basically, a doctor makes a business of capturing tourists, taking their organs and selling them to Brazillian hospitals. The film was promoted as an "anti-tourism horror" film, but there are so many remarks and a whole tirade from the doctor against americans, which is weird because half of the "subjects" aren't american (two from sweeden, 2 from UK, 1 from ???). The movie was pretty much "ok" until the Escape scene. Then it spent like 10 minutes of swimming around in underwater caves (all while unable to determine who is the bad guy/good guy), then a small break, and the 5 more minutes of swimming again.
Right about the time when they proclaimed the ambiguous hunter was native american, i decided to stamp "piece of shit" on it.
but, they did have the teaser for The Hills Have Eyes 2.
HA!
That's the first thing that I thought when I saw teh commercials for it.
Was the monster pleased?
The Hills Have Eyes is a terrible movie. Better watch Doom instead
Hostel is lame, cuz it's supposed to be 'gore', but it's 'pussy gore' instead
If the films anything like Hostel I will not bother watching it. Hostel has to be the most shittest film I've seen in a long time. Lacks suspense, the plot's a load of bollocks too, and they might of well hired Steve Seagel or Chuck Norris to act in the last 30 minutes.
