T-Shirt Design Help

If anyone can help what I am trying to do is design a custom t-shirt for the next party. Basically what I need is on the back of the shirt is the number 69 and then Trance above it...... If anyone can help out that would be great. Ive signed up to that cafepress whatever the eff it is but I have had no luck in creating the image or finding it. Ill give elite hAX0r passwords to teen porn for help.....lol
