Need help with this satoshi tomiee track

satoshi tomiee live at cafe mambo 2006

I have a forty seven minute clip of his live set downloaded from a link here at TA.

Does anyone know the track that starts at about 19 minutes through around 24 min?

I love it and would really like to get it.

It seems to be the silicon soul remix, but with some Satoshi Tommie's sounds, like that bass which creates an epic sound
