Cheapest Place for equipment?

So I'm looking into getting a new mixer, with MIDI compatiblitiy for Ableton too, and I'm undecided between the DJM-800 or the A&H X:One92. Which one would you guys recommend and where would be the cheapest place to order it from? (which ships to Canada too )

there have been many threads about this before, use the search function. my personal recommendation is the djm800. plenty of vendor discussion threads have been around as well, my personal recommendation is agiprodj.com (although do they ship to canada?)

Yeah, finding a cheap, reliable place that ships to canada isn't always easy, sadly.

www.tomleemusic.ca

I do not have any personal experience, but friend outwest buys from here. I will be buying the Xone:62 shortly.

How good of a deal? From the prices on their website, it usually comes out pretty cheaper to just import from a US site that ships to Canada instead for things like those mixers.

I shop at www.pssl.com

Have never dissapointed me.

And I'd probably go with the 800 over the 92 even though im an A&H fanboy...

go to Moog....theyre great guys, and they'll hook you up. At least you can get it in your hands right away and not wait for shipping and all that bullshit.

Yeah, I guess there's the factor of immediately getting it, but 2k is alot of money! I wonder if I could possibly try negotiating somehow :P

theyr prolly not making much markup on the 800 since it is a relatively new product. hes prolly taking off tax if u pay cash, so thats a nice discount already

Wow, actually, it is. That's like 200$+ saved if there's no taxes. Damnit, this is tempting. If I don't end up buying that Sharp AQUOS 42" TV, I'd be able to get this alot sooner. Probably have to wait until after X-mas, but I'm pretty sure I'll end up getting it from moog after all.

I ordered all my stuff from PSSL. Granted this was years ago, but they were the cheapest/most reliable I could find.
