Quick ID Question.

i'm probably supposed to post this in "unknown tracks" forum but i figured i'd get a quicker response here. does anyone know the title of a tune with a repeating vocal sample:

it's gonna be
a lovely day
for you and me
just fantasy

or something like that? i heard it in a sasha/digweed set around 2002 i think. thanks.
