Please help me out!!!

I am desperate for any information (song, artist, album) on a song where a female voice is singing "I hear voiceeees, I see faceees." There is an awesome melody / beat and then it breaks down for about a minute with the same female singing and melody in the backround. It most likly won't help, but satoshi tommie played it on July 4th 2003! Andrew K also posted something about this on this site, but no one gave the right answer! No it is not Bedrock - Voices.... I have heard it, but cannot figure out the title, or remember the rest of the song! Pleeeeeeeease help!
