ok, so i tried googling for this but i can't quite find anything relevant. does anyone know if there is a considerable amount of energy expenditure related to masturbation. ie. does it actually affect physical performance?

I'd say it really depends on the specific fap session. People like Alon who do headstands and anal dildos while fapping will probably expend many times more energy than people who just sit down and use their right hand.

true, i've heard it lowers your testosterone levels and lifting weights later today so im undecided as to fappin or not

I'd say if you wank it for a long time and as you are about to orgasm, you stop and let it die down, then keep going at it again and orgasm, you can probably teach yourself to go longer in bed, gaining a lot of Dexterity and Constitution from said wank sessions, and maybe gain a +1 or +2 in each category, and then maybe whip out your Anal Penetration spell, which is prolonged and affected by Dexterity, so you could keep going in her other hole if the pink gets too sore.
