Numark CDX opinions/comments

Hey guys, i just joined this site and it seems really cool. So i wanted to ask all you who used NUMARK CDX in the past or using it now. I just ordered a pair of the numarks from online and paid 550 each, brand new sealed in the box. Ive been using NUMARK TT-200's for the past 2 years and i have no complains bout them. My friend whos in my company owns cdj800's and about to upgrade to mk1000's and i love them and all but its just not the vynil feel you used to. So i got the CDX. Send comments about these cd players i wanna know how good they are as far as being cd turntaboles. thanks

i had a go on them at the local numark dealer, i wanted to get them but they were charging a really high price 1,326.33 dollar a pop. Overall the CDX feels nice and sterdy, scratching, efx, etc. all cool. just one complain is that the pitch slider is way on the top but thats just personal preference. If they were selling it for cheaper then i would have instantly bought those.

Cheers

one more day!!!

thats good to hear that they seemed sturdy. Im waiting for my package to arrive tommorow afternoon and looking forward on playing around with them. I even got the update cds ready so when i get them i could upgrade the software in the CDX. 1300 dollars is a crazy price for both but i gotta say i was little nervious paying 1200 dollars for both but i know they gonna pay them selfs off and let me earn a good chunk of change. peace

i think i read somewhere that after some time of use, the looping on the cdx goes a bit off. like it would start looping a track without you even touching it. it might have been a rumor going around. look up people's reviews about them on the internet.

i haven't used them personally, but i do know that they have only 0,1% pitch accuracy, enough reason for me to not buy them.

these do look good but there is one problem i do have with them there just to big there not very practical if you already own 2 vinyl decks and are adding to the set up thats what put me of looking at them.
