Sounds very similar to Computer Controlled - "Electric Disco" but its not it..

I think you will find it on some of the early goliath cd's 3-5
and maybe check out early DJ Pure - Trance-escape cds

edit: Taucher played this in his Rosenmontags Rave 05.02.1999 set as track #5..
