help with a locked adobe file

So the prof sent us a copy of a past final in .pdf format but the printing option was locked intentionally. Do any of you know how to unlock that? I'd greatly appreciate your help!

There are programs available to crack passwords for pdf files. I don't know if there's any good ones that are free. Google may hold those answers for you.

Can't be done .... normally

I had a job before that consisted of working with pdf files 95% of the time and most were unprintable

After googling around this might work if you have a gmail account:

I don't think it's a password issue because you simply can't change content protection on a DRM protected pdf file as far as I can tell.

If it's 5 pages or less, the trial version of this tool:

might do the trick. Perhaps there's a licensed version of it floating around somewhere as well.
