If you've got college degrees it should be relatively easy I think

well the US is fairly flexible with diplomas but when you get into things like politics that's tricky.

just marry an american girl and you'll be fine

Since you've got Mexico listed as one of your locations surely you can do it the tradional Mexicana way! Climbing over some barbwire fence then taking up a job as someone's gardener or a fruit picker on a farm

If you've got a degree and language skills then I think you'd get a work visa in most countries.

its very easy.. go to the embassy, apply for a work visa... profit!

if u get a job ligned up the place of work should give u a visa or something

i know they gave us a visa when my dad came to work here.. and they payed for our greencard and shit.. it was fast too like 3 months wait, i hear sometimes its like a 2 year wait :s

so get ur employer(sp) to do it.

Definately get the employer to arrange it, doing it yourself is about as much fun as being in a conversation with someone thats a combination of being mentally retarded, abusive and deaf. I can't say I liked working at all in California and even less in Florida for more than a week, the heat gets into peoples brains and makes them a bit... 'odd' and not quite right
New York and Seattle are great places to work though.

My dad had a hell of a time getting a work visa when he moved over.

US immigration can fuck right off imo!

the thing is that I dont have an employer now...I wanted to go there...and find a job being there...as it's a lot more easier than from Canada....so, I guess I won't get the green card and everything fixed...

my uncle came here illegaly *god so embarresing*.. but kinda sad* and he allready has a greencard.. i dunno how but he does... he applied for that shit and everything. so if he can do it, im preatty shure its not that hard for you to do it.

It depends but if you can set your foot in the door in a good company and you have the proper motivation internal upwards mobility won't be difficult.

If you can prove yourself and make extra efforts in your work you'll become a valuable asset and they will value you.
