I have a friend coming to NYC from Michigan and he wants to know where to go for a great vibe and some excellent music. Any suggestions?

no f**king clue what i'm doing for new years and i'm kinda pissed about that . i would very much NOT like to spend it at home though. nothing going on seems interesting. i'm sure there's lots that i don't know about though. whatever i end up doing, i'll probably go to times square and take some pics early on in the evening, then leave and head to wherever.

I'm going to Key Largo on a 7 day diving trip. I'm gonna do my first Ship wreck dive and a Nitrox course. Can't wait!

No interesting New Years Eve parties, so I'm doing Tiesto the night before, and then chilling with some friends on the 31st. Haven't seen Tiesto in a long ass time so this should be fun!

there is absolutely NOTHING going on during NYE here...im in the same boat, a friend from San Diego is coming over cuz she wanted to come to experience NYC...somehow she got roped into bringing 3-4 other ppl along...we already told her that if she wanted to do the Times Square thing she is ON HER OWN and last night i asked her, "well what do you guys wanna do?" and shes like, "well, are there any clubs we can go to?" to which drew n i were like, "NO." haha at the time when she decided to book a flight here it was $350 r/t (surprisingly cheap).

...ah well, maybe just hit up a house party or something

next year hopefully i'll be able to go away for NYE

My parents will be using their apartment on NYE so I have the house to myself. I might have some friends over. One of my friends will be home from Georgia so I'll see what he wants to do. If he wants to go to a club, I'll do that. Not my first choice, but I don't mind being a team player. I'll run the idea by him of having some people over my house and see what he wants to do. No matter what we do, I'll be getting drunk
