what's wrong with AGI Pro DJ?

I've sent them 2 emails and called and left 2 messages and no response. I guess they don't want my money.

Anyone else having a problem?

not heard of any problems w/ them recently other than this one...agi is usually very straight up so they might be having technical difficulties...try contacting through their built-in chat??

never got to them with the built in messenger.

Email them directly. Justin is usually very good at getting back to you in a timely manner.

I actually had some delays when emailing them, or maybe it was the other way around. The first time (back in oh, June or so) I called them directly to get some advice, and placed the order online (not through the phone). They accidentally forgot to process the order.

One other thing from them is that my 2nd CDJ was lost in the mail, and they just sent out another one and recalled the first.

In my experience, their customer service has been top-notch.

Either email them directly, or call. Sometimes they're on the phone with other customers, but if you do leave a message, they'll take care of it in a timely matter (you can just say that your order hasn't been processed, leave a phone number or tell them your agiprodj.com account, etc.)

Did anyone else notice that they now display their selling price instead of the 'get a quote' they did a few months ago? I haven't bought anything from them recently, but it appears that the prices have gone up.

Yeah, that looks to be the case.

Besides good emailing times and customer service, one iff I had with them was they told me something was in stock and it turned out I had to wait two weeks to get my stuff.

Just make sure they have it in stock before you hand over that credit card.
