Someone random person on aim is choping photos of this person I know and giving him riddles. Anyone know this language?

It's not a language. It's a systematic scrambling/coding of english. Try and find a pattern.

This person might be either...

Using an alternate spelling for a relatively unknown language: the reason that google doesn't seem to find any of these words make you wonder. Even if this is a heavily inflected language, the odds of never finding a similar entry in thousands texts is somewhat low. So, either this person is not using necessary diacritics or is adopting the Roman Alphabet for a language that rarely does that, or;
Making words up: that's always possible;

Don't worry... no human being would be able to know all the +6000 languages there are.

But, because of the lack of regular patterns, this does look too random to be a natural language (I just can't affirm that due to common sense).
