Posted by Dean Millson on Dec-31-2006 02:43:

The boat will indeed be rocking Missy

Can't wait for DJ T (wish he wasn't on the same time as Keitel however) and from a local perspective i reckon Steve May will kill it on the boat (that one can't get cancelled/cut matey), Callander will be as he usually is at Sunshine People & i have been waiting to here what Stuart McKeown's got in store since Petter also

Bring that shit on.

Posted by chubbs on Dec-31-2006 02:56:

Posted by tachyon on Jan-02-2007 08:41:

the highlight for sunshine people, and i think i would find quite a number of people will agree with me, that Coxy was the bizznezzz at sunshine ppl - tough, driving, pounding intec & bush records full on techno set!!!

pharmacy arena was pratically a sweatbox, but when coxy comes on, fuck it was rocking from start to finish!!!

practically danced for the whole set!! he was the coxy i know best!!

(and dj t is my new fave DJ, what a cool german dude!!)

Posted by Mortyman on Jan-02-2007 09:22:

Well, this was officially my last party in Australia
Had fun, met loads of people again, and some new TA's.

Yes, Carl Cox was the Shit!!!
Had me from start to finish, I couldn't find time to sit down.
The man is a superstar, and shows why he's one of the best in the business. His mixing and turntablism truly amazed me!
Really was the highlight of the who day. Can't say much for the rest of the party. It was really fun, heard some really good groovin tunes in the hardware room during the day.
Loads of people, but it was the kinda venue where you don't notice a massive crowd because it's really segregated, by the indoor rooms... which stayed surprisingly cool

Posted by tachyon on Jan-02-2007 09:56:

yeah was going to point out that the PF cruiser was what its all about after the droplets of rain stopped around 2.30pm or so and the sun comes up so beautifully ..

well that and heard bay of figs was dropped and i was doing circo loco moves!!

Posted by Mortyman on Jan-03-2007 01:44:

I was really surprised to hear Coxy drop a couple Sander Van Doorn tracks

Posted by MiSSyM on Jan-04-2007 00:09:

Had the best time at Sunshine, Thilo & Evanti Rocked.

The boat was the best. Had such a laugh.

Posted by steve_may on Jan-04-2007 02:31:

great day. big thanks to those that came and danced their asses off on the boat.
ah the memories :P

Posted by loopi on Jan-04-2007 10:34:

I had a fuckin wicked day, awesome people, tunes and plenty of fun teehehehee
hanging out with thilo and evanti was probably the highlight, they're really funny and nice guys!

Posted by charlee on Jan-05-2007 00:05:

SWEATBOX ALRIGHT G!!

I LOVE COXY

Mike Callander, Dean and Craig were also my favs for the day

Posted by Paulie on Jan-05-2007 01:20:

What a pox venue lol!

Posted by jizza on Jan-05-2007 02:29:

was there for a total of about an hour and a half. never felt comfortable im afraid, i had to take my munt elsewhere.

Posted by Dean Millson on Jan-05-2007 02:31:

Probably my favourite Sunshine People so far. Not really because of any of the internationals but rather the most awesome local talent Melbourne has to offer. It was definately the most fun i have had on the boat across any of the years - Stuart McKeown was probably my highlight, cannot wait to keep hearing him play in Melburn in 07 now that he's living here Steve May played an awesome set also - definately developed his own sound which is sitting somewhere between Deep Progressive/Tech & Progressive Trance. Big Kev also deserves a mention for some great sounds in what was to be his last ever set after hanging up the headphones (that Bodzin remix of Depeche Mode killed me). Enjoyed myself immensely playing with Craig McWhinney after his set in the morning was cancelled - thanks mate.

After i walked in after being on the boat for most of the afternoon, Pham & Callander we destroying the Hardware room and DJ T was mad also. What I think I really enjoy about the parties that Hardware & Co put on at South Atlantic is as much catching up with everyone as anything else - always a great vibe outside & inside all of the rooms in the sun

Nice.
