Trance song from TV series Madventures2

I first heard this song in a finnish travel tv series Madventures (2). What can I say? I'd really like to know who has made it and hear the whole song. This clip is from the original series, I ripped it from a video. (In the show, it's played in the background and the narrator talks over it and it only lasts for about 30s)
